Production of non-standardized equipment
The key partner of LLC «Group Kvant» in the production of non-standardized equipment is LLC «MC ChMZ».
The production buildings of LLC «MC ChMZ» have a full range of instrumentation complex for the production process on a total area of 50,000 sq. M. More than 500 units of technological equipment are located on the production facilities, providing a full cycle of the production process.
Experience in the manufacture of equipment and pipelines from alloy Hastelloy G-35
In 2017-2018, MK ChMP took part in the implementation of a large-scale project for the creation of URHTSG, as part of the work on this project, MK ChMP manufactured and installed equipment and pipelines made of Hastelloy G-35 alloy (corrosion-resistant chromium-nickel alloy):
- 12 units of capacitive and column equipment;
- 29 pipelines with a total length of more than 1000 meters;
- 40 types of stainless steel pipelines.
